There are 16 million undocumented foreigners living in America. That does not make them Americans. Residency and citizenship are two entirely different concepts.
Likewise, if a dozen Canadians buy a block in the middle of St. Louis, it doesn't make that block "Canada'.

Its Israeli land. lots of different kinds of people live on it- Israel([search])'s incredible diversity is one of the things that make it a beacon in the desert- 20 % of the population of Israel isn't Jewish, and they have full legal and civil rights- they can vote, they have represenattion in the government, etc.
